The house is a 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home with 3 well appointed bedrooms in house, and a detached, cozy, heated bunk house serving as a private 4th bedroom.  There is no restroom in the bunk house, but it is just steps from the back door for quick access to the main house bathrooms.
